🛍️ “How do I place an order?”
It’s easier than getting your Pom to zoom at midnight.
Go to our Shop page.
Choose your favorite variant – White Gold, Red Gold, Pink Gold, or Green.
Select your quantity (yes, you can hoard them).
Wanna try all 4? Choose the “Set” variant to get every color in one cute bundle!
Add to cart ➡️ Checkout ➡️ Wait for the magic to arrive at your door.
Pawsibly the easiest thing you’ll do today.
🚚 “How does shipping work?”
Once you order, we:
Pack your goodies with fluff and love (okay, maybe not real fluff).
Process them in 2–5 business days.
Then ship it to your corner of the world in 7–25 business days, depending on your location.
We’ll send you a tracking number faster than your Pom barks at the mailman. 🐕📦
🎯 “Can I buy just one ball? Or 20?”
Absolutely! Grab a single lint buster or stack up like you're starting a fur-fighting army. There’s no limit — go wild. 🧼✨
💼 “What does ‘Set’ mean?”
Ah, great question!
When you choose the “Set” variant, you’ll get all 4 colors in one package: White Gold, Red Gold, Pink Gold, and Green. Basically, the Avengers of lint removers. 💅✨
🧽 “Will it work on my Pom’s bed, car seat, my black clothes... basically everything?”
Yes. It’s basically a Pom hair magnet. Use it on:
Clothes, Sofas, Car seats, Blankets, Dog beds, Your soul (ok, not really, but it feels like it)
🧼 “How do I clean this thing?”
Rinse the ball under water
Let it air dry
Watch it magically get sticky again like the day it was born (no refills needed!)
It’s like giving your lint remover a bubble bath. 🛁
🐕 “Can I use it on my dog?”
We love the enthusiasm, but nope! The lint remover ball is for fabrics only — not fur babies. Give your Pom a brush and a cuddle instead. 💛
🐶 “Does my dog need this?”
Well... does your dog shed like a fluffy little tornado? Then yes. Technically it’s for you, but your dog will love not being blamed for the fur anymore.
💳 “Can I cancel or change my order?”
If it hasn’t been processed yet, yes! Just email us at contact@babypoms.store as soon as pawsible. Once it’s shipped, it’s on the way!
🔄 “What’s your return policy?”
If something’s wrong, don’t stress. We offer easy replacements or refunds for damaged items. Just contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
